Resync the invokers Web-Platform-Tests

Reviewed by Tim Nguyen.
This re-syncs and rebaselines the Web Platform Tests, and rebaselines a
test that's coincidentally passing on iOS. The failure on other
platforms relates to an as-yet implemented feature.
