[threaded-animation-resolution] rename `RemoteLayerTreeEventDispatcher`
member on `RemoteScrollingCoordinatorProxyMac`

For the threaded animation resolution work we will use the
`RemoteLayerTreeEventDispatcher` member
of `RemoteScrollingCoordinatorProxyMac` for purposes beyond wheel events, so we
rename the variable
from `m_wheelEventDispatcher` to the more generic `m_eventDispatcher`.
