GraphicsContextGLAttributes contains deviceScaleFactor attribute

Reviewed by Matt Woodrow.
Avoid setting content scale factor via the GraphicsLayer contents
display delegate. The platform layer contents scale does not matter as
the contents is provided by the WebGL rendering.
