Fix hang in SQLTransactionCoordinator::shutdown()

We should call `takeFirst` instead of `first` to decrease the size of
`info.pendingTransactions`.
Also update 'RefPtr<SQLTransaction>' to 'RefPtr'.
This changes does not have any test case.
