[Site Isolation][iOS] Do not update WKContentView bounds when transaction
comes from subframe process

Reviewed by Alex Christensen.
We currently change the WKContentView size based on the content size in
RemoteLayerTreeTransaction. However, the size
in a subframe process transaction is only about subframe content, so we should
not change content view size for that.
Otherwise, the whole web view will be clipped to subframe size.
