ShadowRoot.h shouldn't include HTMLVideoElement.h

Remove #include "HTMLVideoElement.h" from ShadowRoot.h.

(WebCore::ShadowRoot::pictureInPictureElement const): Now returns Element*.
Forward declaring
HTMLVideoElement isn't sufficient since DocumentOrShadowRoot+FullScreen.idl
requires converting
the return value of this function to Element.
