Override Metal cache path

Override Metal cache path to match the path of the sandbox extension. This is
only
required when WebKit processes are launched as extensions, since they will have
their
own container then where Metal will try to write cache files. The path of the
sandbox
extension is in the UI process' container, so overriding the Metal cache path is
needed for them to match.
