This patch aligns WebKit with Gecko / Firefox and Blink / Chromium by removing
following
non-standard encodings:
- x-mac-ce
- x-mac-centraleurroman
- x-mac-turkish
- x-mac-greek
- euc-tw
- windows-936-2000
