[GCC] Unreviewed, build fix for Debian 11 after 276220@main
Several build bots using GCC10.2 (Debian 11) and GCC 11.4 (Ubuntu 22.04)
are failing after changes introduced in 276220@main, possibly due to
limitations in the compiler.
