[JSC] Extend RegExpCache from 32 to 64

Reviewed by Mark Lam.
Let's slightly increase the cache size from 32 to 64 to avoid repeated
compilation of RegExp.
Also, this patch cleans up RegExpCache.
1. Use modern coding style.
2. Add visitAggregate and visit from VM instead of using Strong<>
