Update RenderWidget's widget after transitioning from RemoteFrame to
LocalFrame

Reviewed by Pascoe.
We already call setWidget when transitioning from LocalFrame to RemoteFrame, or
no site isolated iframes would draw.
We need a symmetric update call when transitioning the other way for frames to
continue to draw after cross-site navigations.
