Skip the stress/stack-overflow-in-scope-with-catch.js test on $memoryLimited
devices.

$memoryLimited devices are capped by JSCTEST_memoryLimit to not use more that
600M of memory.
Otherwise, the jsc shell will voluntarily crash to prevent the test harness
from being jetsam.
Meanwhile, stress/stack-overflow-in-scope-with-catch.js uses more than 600M of
memory. Hence,
the test will always crash on $memoryLimited devices. Just skip the test.
