Handle remote names of forks owned by organizations which also own
the base repository.
* Tools/CISupport/ews-build/steps.py:
(CheckOutPullRequest.run): Differentiate fork names with trailing
dash in repository name.
(PushPullRequestBranch.run): Ditto.
* Tools/CISupport/ews-build/steps_unittest.py:
(TestCheckOutPullRequest.test_success_apple):
(TestCheckOutPullRequest.test_success_integration_remote):
