[ GLib Debug ] `TestJSC/jsc/options` API test is a constant crash

After 226049@main it's required that JSC options are eather finalized or
allow unfinalized access.
We can use `Options::AllowUnfinalizedAccessScope` RAII object to read
and write Options values.
