The assert in of `m_objectSpace.capacity() >= m_objectSpace.size()` in
`Heap::extraMemorySize()` is
invalid as calling `m_objectSpace.size()` requires being the mutator currently,
which
`WebCore::ResourceUsageThread` is not.
