[commits.webkit.org] Correctly classify origin commits in hook

* Tools/Scripts/hooks/pre-push: Don't attempt to classify remotes with an
INVALID
URL. This is the pattern used by commits.webkit.org to prevent pushing to
github.com/WebKit/WebKit.
