Disable non-embedded authorization view controller for AppSSO on visionOS

Reviewed by Brent Fulgham.
The embedded authorization view controller has never been supported on visionOS
and use of it in certain web views
results in a blank WebView that cannot complete AppSSO. This bug is to disable
it until the reason can be investigated
in rdar://130904577.
