Unreviewed build fix.
* Source/ThirdParty/libwebrtc/Configurations/libwebrtc.xcconfig:
(OTHER_LDFLAGS):
(WEBRTC_ALLOWABLE_CLIENTS): Add.
(WEBRTC_ALLOWABLE_CLIENTS_YES): Add.
- Introduce $(WEBRTC_ALLOWABLE_CLIENTS) to disable allowable clients
when building with ENABLE_LIBFUZZER=YES.
