Generating Interaction Regions for `cursor: grab` is causing unwanted
distracting glow in some cases.
* Source/WebCore/page/InteractionRegion.cpp:
(WebCore::hasInteractiveCursorType):
Remove Grab from the list.
* LayoutTests/interaction-region/cursors-expected.txt:
Update test.
