[filter-build-webkit] Handle ScanDependencies task in Xcode 16

Recognize it using the same regular expression that matches other
compile commands in Xcode's build output. For cosmetic purposes, print
it as "ScanDeps", so that it is the same number of characters as
"CompileC" tasks which will be intermixed.
