[LFC][IFC] Remove floats that are outside of the "rebuild" range to ensure we
don't add them twice

When rebuilding a line, we should remove any floats starting from
`lastInlineItemToAdd` up to `layoutRange.endIndex()` from both
`layoutState().placedFloats()` and `m_placedFloats`.
