[JSC] IPInt: define structs to describe metadata.

Reviewed by Justin Michaud.
Defines structs and uses their offsets via OffsetExtractor in
the asm files implementing IPInt (instead of hardcoded offsets).
This also updates calling and throw implementations to
match current upstream behavior (so we can run JS2 with IPInt).
