[IFC][Invalidation] RenderVideo's updateIntrinsicSize triggers layout

Reviewed by Antti Koivisto.
While 282810@main (revert of 282556@main) addressed the flaky assert in debug
(see webkit.org/b/278744), this change enables us to undo that revert.
* Source/WebCore/rendering/RenderVideo.cpp:
(WebCore::RenderVideo::updateIntrinsicSize): Add missing invalidation (specific
to RenderVideo).
