Add a quirk to make it possible to join WebEx meetings from the browser, by
making `window.Touch`
return `undefined` before executing a specific script. This makes it possible
to (narrowly) avoid
logic that would otherwise cause the device to be treated like a
desktop-class-browsing-capable
iPad, while still keeping touch events enabled for the rest of the web app.
