[JSC] Remove useWasmJITLessJSEntrypoint option

Reviewed by Ross Kirsling and Mark Lam.
283638@main removed JSEntrypointJITCallee. This means
useWasmJITLessJSEntrypoint must be always true
for wasm enablement. So putting it to false breaks wasm execution. This patch
removes this broken option.
