[GStreamer][WebRTC] Fix transceiver direction handling for GStreamer

GstWebRTCRTPTransceiver doesn't have a fired-direction property, so use
direction. Until
GStreamer 1.26 direction and current-direction always had the same value.
This was fixed by:
