Remove more WPT crash tests from `resource-files.json`

Unreviewed test gardening.
As a follow-up to webkit.org/b/276428, remove more WPT crash tests from
`resource-files.json` that were incorrectly added when the importer script in
revision [*] was used.
This marks
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/selection/crashtests/selectall-and-find-svg-text-on-selectstart.html
and
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/service-workers/cache-storage/crashtests/cache-response-clone.https.html
as timeouts. See webkit.org/b/280615 and webkit.org/b/280616.
