[GTK][WPE] Build broken with ENABLE_WEB_AUDIO=OFF

Reviewed by Miguel Gomez.
Since 280453@main, default values from UnifiedWebPreferences.yaml are used.
Do not try to use WebAudioEnabled when undefined.
