[JSC] Remove unused `arraySpeciesWatchpointIsValid` link time constant

`arraySpeciesWatchpointIsValid` link time constant is added by
https://commits.webkit.org/284330@main.
However, it is no longer used by https://commits.webkit.org/284847@main.
This patch removes the unused `arraySpeciesWatchpointIsValid` link time
constant.
