Skip some more layout tests when run with --site-isolation

Unreviewed.
This is from a local test run. These tests have issues, causing crashes or
timeouts.
So I'm adding them to the skip list for now and we can address and verify as we
work
through the tests. This is a step towards getting a bot to run all unskipped
tests
successfully. From there we can work more cleanly and have a better measurement
of our progress.
