[Static Analyzer CI] Report Safer-CPP-Checks results to results.webkit.org

Add properties in PrintConfiguration that are needed to pass to
generate-dirty-files.
Add the required arguments to FindUnexpectedStaticAnalyzerResults so results
are uploaded on each run.
