[WPE][GTK] Increase fake Safari version in user agent header to 605.1.15

Reviewed by Carlos Garcia Campos.
Using a version number higher than actual Safari should help us avoid
unsupported browser warnings.
Hopefully.
We'll probably end up requiring quirks no matter what, but this should
be better than the status quo.
