Add upload options to FindUnexpectedStaticAnalyzerResults to report results
when the command
is run after a build from tip of tree.
* Tools/CISupport/ews-build/steps.py:
(PrintConfiguration.parseAndValidate): Set properties that are required for
uploading results.
(FindUnexpectedStaticAnalyzerResults.__init__):
(FindUnexpectedStaticAnalyzerResults.run):
