[WPE] Add environment variables initial documentation

We are going to start creating environment variables documentation,
adding some initial examples Hopefully at some point we can integrate
them with the proposal in bug #280610 but for the moment we are going
to start adding some:
* Source/WebKit/wpe/environment-variables.md: Added.
