[WPE][CMake] Clean build fails due to missing output directory for inspector
resources

* Source/cmake/FindGLibCompileResources.cmake: Calculate absolute path
to the output directory, and pre-create it to ensure it exists. While
at it, also use absolute paths for the output files.
