Enable Ed25519 and X25519 in all ports.

Reviewed by Anne van Kesteren.
We have already enabled both algorithms, but the runtime flag is enabled only
for the COCOA, GTK+ WPE platforms.
Theoretically there is nothing that prevents these features to be compatible
with any WebKit port.
