UnifiedPDF: Rebaseline pdf-in-embed tests

Reviewed by Simon Fraser.
Layer tree structure changed when UnifiedPDF was enabled. Rebaseline
the layer tree structure to trunk version.
The tests should use registerPDFTest, otherwise they just show nothing.
