Fix PlayStation build following 288001@main

Unreviewed build fix.
Looks like my fix from last week (287531@main, a fix for 287469@main) got
reverted in 288001@main; reapply it.

Fix error: "binding reference of type 'IPC::Connection::Identifier' to value of
type
'typename remove_reference<const Identifier &>::type' (aka 'const
IPC::Connection::Identifier') drops 'const' qualifier"
