Remove site isolation error logs in Document::topDocument

Reviewed by Pascoe.
These logs are just too noisy right now. They make it so a debug build
of WebKit with site isolation on can't be used. Maybe once we fix most
common uses of topDocument we can re-add the logs to help us prioritize.
