[GTK] Gardening of assertion crashes
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=286134
Unreviewed gardening.
The tests gardened here are crashing due to assertions
being enabled in the GTK EWS bots. Too many concurrent
crashes are causing those bots to go OOM, causing a lot
of failures in the EWS jobs. Skipping them temporarily
while we fix them to avoid slowing down the GTK
layout test EWS queue.
