Remove broken unused jumbo page size support from MarkedBlock
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=286208
rdar://problem/143186605
Reviewed by Mark Lam.
Right now we switch to a 32 bit atom number size if we wouldn't be able to hold
the
atom number in a 16 bit integer. But this doesn't happen since the system would
need a
(2 ** 16) * 16 = 1MB page size. Additionally, even if some system did have a
1MB+ page
size then all our MarkCountBias logic would break anyway. Let's remove this
logic for
now.
