  Remove broken unused jumbo page size support from MarkedBlock

Right now we switch to a 32 bit atom number size if we wouldn't be able to hold 
the
atom number in a 16 bit integer. But this doesn't happen since the system would 
need a
(2 ** 16) * 16 = 1MB page size. Additionally, even if some system did have a 
1MB+ page
size then all our MarkCountBias logic would break anyway. Let's remove this 
logic for
now.
