[GTK] Gardening of test causing OOM in the bots
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=286415
Unreviewed gardening.
In https://commits.webkit.org/286950@main I skipped a test
for WPE bots because it started causing OOM after the WPE
bots had been switched to enable assertions. Now that we
enabled assertions in the GTK bots as well, the test is
causing the same issue there, so skip for both platforms
now.
