Image::isPDFResource() is unused

Reviewed by Anne van Kesteren.
Remove Image::isPDFResource() and CachedImage caller, there is no caller
for the caller. Having unused functions make the Image interface
modification harder.

(WebCore::Image::isPDFResource): Deleted.
