[macOS] Remove sandbox extension to com.apple.CARenderServer in the
WebContent process

It should not be possible for the WebContent process to consume a sandbox
extension to CARenderServer if in Lockdown Mode or
if both IOKit is blocked and Unified PDF is enabled.
