[build-webkit-org] macOS WK2 and WK1 tests share generated S3 urls

Reviewed by Aakash Jain and Jonathan Bedard.
Add the build number as a suffix to generated S3 urls to prevent collision
between queues with the same platform, architecture, and configuration.
Also add '-wk1' on WK1 tests to prevent collisions if we bring up a new queue.
