./Tools/gtk/install-dependencies fail due to missing pipenv on Fedora

Let's remove pipenv from this script and the wpe/install-dependencies script as
well.
I added that back in 2020, it's needed to build the Flatpak SDK, but that SDK
is deprecated and
only a couple people need pipenv for its build. They can install it manually if
needed.
