[SwiftUI] The `currentNavigationEvent` property on WebPage should be updated
only after the next presentation update
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290107

Reviewed by Abrar Rahman Protyasha.
When clients observe navigation progress, they typically want to perform an
action after the next presentation updates.
SPI clients have historically done this by using
`_doAfterNextPresentationUpdate` themselves within the WKNavigationDelegate
methods, and API clients typically use a timer with a small delay instead.
Since this is the common scenerio, have the `_doAfterNextPresentationUpdate`
call built-in to the WebPage implementation,
so that clients can use the API and have it work as they want without having to
do anything else.
