Update LLVM revision for static analysis

Update the LLVM revision we use for static analysis to
6add6dc08b6ec36f7374d7e2574922fc9847806b.
This update includes the support for RetainPtrArc / adoptNSArc, a fix to avoid
emitting a warning
for RetainPtr::operator=, and a fix for recognizing a forward declared template
specialization.
