Remove AppleWin versioning tests

Versioning scripts for Windows were removed with the AppleWin port.
* Tools/Scripts/webkitperl/auto-version_unittest/autoVersionTests.pl: Removed.
* Tools/Scripts/webkitperl/auto-version_unittest/versionStampTests.pl: Removed.
