REGRESSION(284532@main): [ macOS wk2 ] 2x tiled-drawing/* test are flaky
failing.

The tests can sometimes update (and temporarily lock) the tile size, before the
page scale factor gets applied. Disable the lock timeout, so that the tile size
always gets updated to include the page scale change.
